Brooklyn, OH, Jul. 1, 2014 /Cleveland.com/ — Cuyahoga County property records show that companies tied to Stuart Lichter and Chris Semarjian paid $15.5 million for the American Greetings complex on Tuesday. The deal comes as the greeting-card company is building a new, smaller headquarters at Westlake’s Crocker Park. And the sale charts a clearer future for the 150-acre Brooklyn property, which will become an industrial park that blends older buildings with new warehouses, offices or distribution centers.
